My (speaker) journey with Mental Health and the Power Platform

Hello all.

How are you?

Those of you who have been following my blog over the last few years will have seen my posts on Mental Health and the Power Platform.

I've always been vocal about my own mental health issues and how I always (not always possible of course) want to try and maintain a positive/good mental health state. I feel privileged to be part of the Power Platform community that allows for people to truly be themselves as well as being supportive in an area that has been fundamental to my own positive mental health.

Last year, a friend sadly passed away in a very short time frame and it made me think, I need to get my arse in gear.

What do I like ? Presenting.

What do I need to do more of? Presenting.

Do I have a story to tell? YES!! My own struggles with mental health and how I have been able to get through them with the ability to help others through the Power Platform.

So I made a choice. A decision. I would put myself out there, slightly out of my comfort zone and tell my story from these two perspectives.

I’ll be speaking at the following events. I’ll be talking about my journey with the #PowerPlatform and my struggles with #MentalHealth.

In person

22nd Feb - http://bit.ly/3IvyHdr (Reading)

7th Mar - http://bit.ly/3YC97cn (Southampton)

Virtual

They are not technical sessions. But more around my story and how passionate I feel about the Power Platform and how it has helped me regain positive good mental health.

If you can come to any, I’d really appreciate it.

Thank you for reading.

Jon.
