One thing I have learnt in the last few weeks is not to do any big demos during a Microsoft Ignite conference, as I found out on the day of the demo that Microsoft had changed Flow's name to Power Automate ! Oh well, carry on !
They have done this to make it part of the wider Power Apps family and alongside this there was another cool announcement (there were many).
Power Virtual Agents
This new service available here allows you to create chat bots really easily and then you can interface them with flow solutions in Power Automate.
