I caught up with my brother Francois on Microsoft Teams as he wanted to understand what all the fuss was about with Microsoft Forms and Flow. I wanted to show him a real life use case example that has really helped me and then build the flow connected to the form while we were chatting on teams.

I have spent some time today in getting the form to link through to Word, I have now got pretty much the whole process automated.
There are only two parts that need interaction from me, responding to the approval and as part of that setting the photo contract price on the Sharepoint list, so that it gets pulled to the contract word document and the contract email.
