  1. You directly provide Front Garden Festival with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you: Contact us via our email address, WhatsApp or Facebook

  2. Voluntarily complete a feedback survey or provide feedback via email

  3. Provide comment on a blog or other post via Facebook, WhatsApp or other posted channels

  4. Share data via email or forms.

  5. We may also receive your information indirectly: Via people who have asked us to act on their behalf for the purposes of connecting you with groups or support.

How will we use your data?

Front Garden Festival collects your data so that we can:

  1. Process your request or offer and manage this

  2. Email you to let you know about next steps, guidelines and updates

  3. Let you know about any changes to our privacy policy.

  4. Unless specific consent is obtained in advance with you personally, Front Garden Festival will not share your data with any other people or organisations.

  5. Comments, blogs and other information which you post on the Berko Community Facebook page and WhatsApp group can be viewed by other users. Please be careful when disclosing personal information which may identify you or anyone else. We are not responsible for the protection or security of information you post in public areas.

How will we store your data?

  1. We take steps to protect your personal information and follow procedures designed to minimise unauthorised access or disclosure of your information.

  2. Front Garden Festival will keep your personal data for two years (or less if notified).  Personal data will be securely deleted after that time from all hard drives, cloud and (if applicable) hard copy storage.


  1. If you no longer want to receive communications from us, you email detailing your name and email address.

  1. We may change this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes that relate to information we already hold about you, where practicable.
